Supervise creative projects through every stage, from concept to completion, additionally managing internal creative team in three US locations along with third party agencies, photographers and freelance designers. Collaborate with European and Japanese markets to preserve brand quality and integrity. Closely consult with Wal-Mart and Petsmart to design exclusive label products AquaCulture, Topfin and National Geographic, among others. Create brand architecture and style guides for an array of retailers, including Tetra, Marineland, Instant Ocean, Jungle, and Aquatech and develop multilingual products for South America and Canada.

Selected agencies, photographers and freelancers and sustained relationships with them. Monitored product and packaging research and supervised internal creative team along with third party agents, photographers and freelance designers. Held responsible for North and South American markets.

Enable communicative skills through series of lectures and speeches nationally at HOW Design Live, AIGA, Virginia Tech's Business College, Radford University and Carolinas Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society, among others. Teach fall semesters at Radford University since 2015 to senior level students in packaging and 3D design by developing four actual design scenarios to complete and preparing students for post-collegiate professions.
