When I took responsibility over Marineland, the branding was inconsistent and there was no defined line look. I created a brand standard and redesigned over 600 retail SKUs. This redesign was extremely challenging due to the need to eliminate old packaging and complete the art based on supply run outs simultaneously. This redesign increased sales 4% and significantly boosted consumer recognition of the Marineland brand in our Attitudes and Usage survey. It had such a positive impact on the brand that Petsmart forced competing aquatic brands to have a cohesive line look.
